How to Install VirtualBox in macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

In order to explore Parrot OS and Kali Linux, I am looking into hypervisors to run the virtual machines. Oracle VM VirtualBox is free, open source and can be installed in macOS.

Installation

1. Download VirtualBox

2. Verify SHA256 checksum shasum -a 256 <file-path>

3. Install

4. Open Security Preferences

5. Allow Software from developer "Oracle America, Inc."

6. Open Virtual Box
